Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Please be aware that the seller will not cover the cost of the return label. It is the customer's responsibility to generate the return shipping label and send the system back to our warehouse.

Specifically crafted for smaller spaces, such as RVs, apartments, and cottages, this cost-effective system is ideal for light-duty applications where space is limited. If your well water exhibits a stubborn brownish discoloration resistant to sediment or Iron/Manganese filters, consider the anion filter as a viable solution.

It's important to note that this system does not disinfect water and should only be used in areas where the water supply is biologically safe or in conjunction with a UV sterilizer or alternative disinfection methods. Given the common sources of nitrates and tannin, we recommend testing your incoming water for biological contaminants.

For larger homes/cottages or situations with more than two consistent water users, exploring our higher-capacity systems may be advisable.
