Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Yes, you can cancel or edit your order by contacting us until it has yet to be shipped. However, once your order has been shipped, we regret to inform you that we cannot make any alterations or cancellations.

If the item(s) you receive does not meet your expectations, you can exchange or return them for a refund. However, please note that the item should be unused and in the same condition as when we sent it to you. If the item has been used, it may result in a deduction from the amount you paid or no refund.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our standard shipping option typically delivers orders within 3 to 9 days. If you need your items sooner, we offer an express shipping option for select products, available at an additional charge. Please note that international shipping times may vary depending on the specific products you order and the destination they are being shipped to.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Please ensure that items are returned within 30 days from the date of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the items must be in the same condition as they were received, which means they should be unworn and unused. All original tags should still be attached, and the items must include their original packaging. This ensures that you meet the criteria for a successful return.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from the date we receive the returned item(s). Once we've received your return, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return policy criteria, such as being unworn, with attached tags, and in their original packaging.

After the inspection is complete and your return is approved, the refund process will commence. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account, as the exact timing can vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Why my DI resin is not reading 0, is there a defective resin?

Deionization (DI) resin that doesn’t produce water with a zero Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) reading could be due to several factors. Here are some common reasons why DI resin might not perform as expected:

  • Exhaustion of Resin: DI resin can only remove a finite amount of ions from water before it becomes exhausted and needs to be regenerated or replaced. If the resin has been in use for a significant period or has processed a lot of water, it may simply be exhausted.
  • Poor Packing or Channeling: If the resin isn’t packed tightly in its container, channels can form where water flows through the resin bed without proper contact, reducing the effectiveness of ion exchange. This can happen if the resin settles or if it wasn’t filled properly.
  • High Water Flow Rates: If water flows through the DI resin too quickly, there isn’t enough contact time for the ion exchange process to occur effectively. This can result in lower-purity water.
  • Contamination or Degradation of Resin: The resin can be contaminated by oils, organic compounds, or other chemicals that interfere with ion exchange. Physical degradation from mechanical wear or chemical attack (like from chlorine or other oxidants in the water) can also reduce its effectiveness.
  • Incorrect Resin Type or Mixture for your application: Using the wrong type of resin, or an incorrect mix of cation and anion exchange resins, could also result in less effective ion removal.
  • Temperature and Chemical Composition of Water: Higher temperatures can affect the efficiency of ion exchange. Additionally, the specific ions and chemicals in the water being treated can impact performance. Certain ions might be more difficult to remove or might require specific types of resin.

To troubleshoot your specific situation, you might consider checking the flow rate, inspecting the resin for signs of channeling or degradation, testing the incoming water to see if there’s a particularly high ion concentration, or replacing the resin if it’s old or exhausted.
